Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, undamaged)

Have the original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Procedure

We will confirm acceptance of the return and provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning the item to the following address:
8 Rue Étienne-Brûlé, Gatineau

Shipments without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage, Errors, or Defective Products
Check your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or non-compliant, contact us promptly so we can offer you a solution (replacement or refund).

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following are not accepted: perishable, custom-made, or personalized products, beauty/care/books, flammable liquids or gases, and hazardous products.

Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement is to return the eligible item for a refund and then place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European regulations, all customers located in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, regardless of the reason. The same conditions of condition and proof of purchase apply.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank delays beyond our control may sometimes extend this processing time.
